Camelina oil is produced at Volgograd Mustard Oil Plant Sarepta LLC according to TU 9141-003-10513491-03 from the oil plant camelina (lat.-Camelina sativa) by cold pressing method. The value of camelina oil is in high content of unsaturated fatty acids that reaches 90 %, about 60 % of them are polyunsaturated fatty acids and the rest are Omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-Linolenic acid). The advantage of camelina oil is high content of liposoluble vitamins. Its content of carotinoids (0.5-2.0 mg%) far exceeds their content in sunflower oil, soybean oil and other oils.

Natural essential mustard oil is produced at Volgograd Mustard Oil Plant Sarepta LLC from mustard oilcake by the method of enzymic hydrolysis and further steam distillation. The main component of natural essential mustard oil produced from mustard oilcake is allyl isothiocyanate (AITC) with content not less than 92%. Natural essential mustard oil is a pale yellow transparent liquid with pronounced mustard odor. Natural essential mustard oil is used in food industry as a flavor in production of mustard, mayonnaise and different sauces, as well as for processing at factories of pharmaceutical industry. Unlike synthetic essential oil, natural essential oil does not contain the components harmful for human health that the synthetic essential oil (allyl chloride) does contain. Using only natural essential mustard oil will allow you to produce quality goods and compete in the consumer goods market. The essential oil meets the following requirements: allyl isothiocyanate content, %, - 92-97; refraction index (at 200С) – 1.525-1.533; density (at 200С), g/cm3 – 1,012-1,035; boiling temperature, 0С (at 760 mm of mercury) – 148.0-154.0; odor – pungent; color – colorless or pale yellow. Mustard plasters are a unique folk remedy in modern design. They are based on the natural plant product – mustard. Fodder concentrate is produced from plant raw material while processing mustard oilcake and is a high-protein fodder additive with high sugar content. The concentrate Sarepta is intended for mixed fodder production and for use as fodder by direct including into the ration of animals. Regarding its nutritional value the fodder concentrate Sarepta from plant raw material exceeds sunflower oilcake, especially regarding the content of amino acids. For example, lysine level in the concentrate is three times higher than in sunflower oilcake with the same content of protein. The content of methionine, methionine + cystine and threonine considerably exceeds the level of these amino acids in sunflower oilcake. The fodder concentrate Sarepta from plant raw material contains 8-9 % of mustard oil that has balanced fatty acid composition and 10% of linolenic acid (omega 3). 1 kg of the concentrate from plant raw material contains 1.15-1.3 fodder units and 11.4 MJ of metabolizable energy.

The research carried out by the All-Union Research Institute for Mixed Fodder Industry has shown effectiveness of using the concentrate for farm animals instead of sunflower oilcake and soybean oilcake.

Camelina oilcake is formed while processing camelina oilseeds. Camelina oilcake is used as a protein supplement with high content of w-3 fatty acids in mixed fodder production. Camelina oilcake is used in mixed fodder production and in production of biological mineral-vitamin additives (BMVA). Regarding its composition camelina oilcake has the leading position for metabolizable energy and assimilability and regarding its amino acid composition it is similar to linseed oilcake. Including camelina oilcake into the ration of animals increases productivity of animals and poultry, improves the quality of livestock products.
